Matthew leads our Product and Tech team globally. From Dublin, Matthew is an engineer by trade, and a comedian in every other respect. Matthew has really found his niche in bringing the two areas together with the science of happiness.

Conor O'Meara,
VP - North America

A former-Opera singer turned behavioural-science nerd, Conor leads strategy & business development in North America from our New York office. Originally from Galway in the West of Ireland, Conor previously worked in the public and non-profit sectors in the US, and is now excited to bring the science of happiness and flourishing to organisations across North America.

Kerrin Miller,
VP - Africa

Kerrin leads Potentialife's strategy and delivery for Africa. With vast experience in coaching and HR consultancy; and an Organisational Psychologist, Kerrin is excited about developing positive, energised, engaged, collaborate and purposeful leaders at scale across organisations and making a real impact in her region. She is a passionate about slow time with her family, beaches and people’s stories.

Ed Short,
VP - EMEA

Ed leads the UK & EMEA business where he is able to draw on his previous experiences from the British Army, Bridgepoint, Boston Consulting Group and Amazon. With a degree in Experimental Psychology and a former Army Officer, Ed is passionate about developing people, debating psychology, bringing the science of flourishing to new audiences and storytelling with his son.

Cyrille Kozyreff,
VP - India

Leads our office in India. During his 8 years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in Paris and Delhi, Cyrille not only served as Chief of Staff to McKinsey’s Asia Chairman, he also discovered mindfulness meditation, and had a serendipitous encounter with our very own Tal Ben-Shahar. He makes sure our science remains connected with the ancient wisdoms of India.

Danielle Jacobs,
VP - Australia & New Zealand

With a complete affinity for the program’s philosophy and evidence base, Danielle leads Potentialife’s Australian team. she is a registered psychologist, experienced executive and business owner who specialises in the delivery of high impact and innovative programs. Danielle is also an animal lover and regularly visits palliative and aged care facilities with her accredited therapy dog Henry.

Tor Mesoy,
VP - Greater China

Tor Mesoy leads Potentialife in China from Hong Kong, working as Founder and Managing Director of our partner Agnus Consulting. Having worked with many senior leaders across hundreds of engagements for clients around the globe in his 25+ years’ career as a management consultant, Tor understands the critical role of leadership in achieving real, positive change.

Nelly Worsley,
VP - Delivery

Working on our Client Delivery team, Nelly is our internal Excel wizard, bringing the impact of the Potentialife program to life for our clients. A lover of all things happiness, Nelly even wrote her final year thesis on history’s greatest love letters.

Hattie Crosthwaite-Eyre,
Strategy and Business Development

Working in our global Strategy and Business Development team, Hattie is based in our London office. A skilled skier and experienced management consultant with a passion for global health, Hattie can be found pouring over the latest research in behavioural science and positive psychology.

Ben Dowdle, Strategy and Business Development

Working in our EMEA Strategy and Business Development team, Ben works from London office. Originally from New Zealand, Ben led an Australasian wide environmental campaign before moving to China to complete his Masters in Management Science as part of the prestigious Schwarzman Scholars Program.

Eleanor St Aubyn,
Delivery

With a passion for learning, Eleanor is excited to be part of the Delivery Team. She enjoys the challenge of using her analytical skills to help and support clients and participants through the Potentialife program. On the weekends, she likes to re-charge her batteries with a healthy hike.

Ellen Sparks,
Delivery

Having studied in the fields of Psychology and Communications, Ellen has a passion for people. Working in Potentialife’s Australian team, Ellen oversees the marketing and program delivery for a portfolio of client accounts; forming close relationships with clients, supporting them on their journey to Flourishing!

Sive Peters,
Delivery

Originally from Ireland, Sive is now based in New York, delivering the program to our North American clients. With a passion for psychology, behavioral science and human flourishing, she is excited to be a part of Potentialife's mission to scale the science of flourishing to benefit humanity!

Billie Bradley,
Delivery

Billie is one of the lucky few to find happiness through politics, after her degree in International Relations led her to the Potentialife Delivery team. She’s enjoying making her own small positive changes, at the same time as supporting clients on their journey to flourishing.

Antoine Pissot,
Product & Technology

An avid skier and cyclist, Antoine works on the Product & Tech team for Potentialife. A native of Toulouse, Antoine has extensive experience in systems programming and front-end development. When he’s not in the office you can catch him baking cupcakes!

Pierre-Henri,
Product & Technology

Hailing from the South of France, Pierre-Henri is delighted to be working with Potentialife's Tech team in London. An avid coder, Pierre-Henri leads web development in the Tech team. Outside of work, he can be found surfing in Lisbon, or travelling on the Eurostar to Paris!

Henrik Skogmo,
Product & Technology

When Henrik is not coding the back-end or tuning server configs, he’s breakdancing at office parties and throwing back mugs of coffee at the office. Henrik was a Norwegian national gold medallist in 100 and 200 meter dash before pursuing his career in technology!

Zaida leads all things Finance and works in our London office. Hailing from sunny South Africa, Zaida has a wealth of experience in accounting and finance, working for large investment management firms and hedge funds in both the UK and South Africa. In her free time she enjoys travelling with her family.

A passionate change management consultant, Marita is excited to bring the science of happiness to the Swedish market. With extensive experience in change management, organisational design and personal coaching to C-suite executives, Marita is excited by the potential to scale leadership development across organisations.

Arik Praisman,
Israel

Leading strategy and client relations for Israel is Arik. Based in Tel Aviv University, Arik worked with Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar to design and deliver positive psychology programs for individuals across Israel. With Potentialife, he is excited to scale operations and deliver impact to organizations.

Alexandra Kureneva,
Russia

From St. Petersburg, Alexandra is excited to bring the science of happiness to Russia. A former linguist, she studied management and has earned a Certificate in Positive Psychology from our very own Tal Ben-Shahar. She is particularly passionate about developing positive, energized and authentic leaders.
